White Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg. chicken
  • 20 gm cashews
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 4 to 5 green chilies
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
  • 1 cup curd
Method:

Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste Coriander powder, Salt and Keep aside for half an hour. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil add onion, green chilies 5 to 10 Cashews. Saute until they turn pinkish. Let it cool down and then grind into a fine paste. In a pan add 2tbsp oil and Cook the marinated chicken, until the oil Surfaces. Add 1/2 cup of water and Let it cook well for 15 mins. Then add the fine cashews onions paste for another 5 mins. Then turn off the gas and add curd, Let cook on slow flame for 5 to 10 mins.
