Chicken Sizzler with Vegetable and Fries (Air Fryer)
Ingredients:
• 500 gms Chicken
• Broccolli
• French Beans
• Mushrooms
• Carrots
• Green Peas
• Cabbage
• Oregano Herbs
• Basil Leaves
• 2 Cups Steam Rice (Jasmine Rice)
• 1 Fried Egg (Optional)
• Garlic 3 Tblsp Dice
For the marinade:
• Ginger Garlic Paste
• Soya Sauce
• Chilli Garlic Sauce
• Tomato Sauce
Method:
In a pan add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and then dice garlic, and finely chopped green chilies, saute till pinkish add the marinated chicken and let cook, and when it is semi cooked toss in your veggies and add some more soya sauce and tomato sauce chilly garlic sauce. Put the potato chips in the air fryer. Once all of the above are cooked and ready, get the sizzler plate ready on the burner. Put some cold butter and 1 ice cube place, 1 cabbage leaf over the plate, and then add the chicken and veggies with the (air-fried) potato fries. 1 cup of steamed rice with basil leaves in a corner of the platter. 1 egg sunny side (optional) sprinkle some oregano herbs over it.
Voila, it’s ready to devour!!
