Chicken Salad

Chicken in your salad is a good source of protein and a decent source of iron. Adding chicken to your diet may help support weight loss, muscle growth and bone health.

Ingredients:-
  • 200 gms boiled chicken
  • Red & yellow bell pepper
  • Basil leaves
  • Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  • Olive oil for dressing
  • Oregano herbs(Dry)
  • Zucchini & Mushrooms
  • Garlic finely chopped (6 pcs)

Method:-

In a wok add 1 1/2 tablespoon of Olive oil and add 6 pcs garlic finely chopped once they turn pinkish add Zucchini & Mushrooms, red & yellow bells, boiled chicken, basil leaves, and oregano leaves. Give the ingredients a toss. Lastly, sprinkle the sesame seeds.
